John C. Daly
John Daly brings over 35 years of experience in accounting, financial management and technology implementations including 20 years in the property management industry and 6 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young & Co.). John specializes in technology optimization to maximize efficiencies and in a previous role with Cushman & Wakefield, John was the Global Lead on the Yardi Voyager 7S implementation/upgrade. These responsibilities included project management as well as senior management liaison across global regions. John possesses expertise in both Commercial and residential property management as well as business process analysis. 
Todd J. Frankowski
Todd J. Frankowski brings over 20 years of real estate financial operations experience. Over the past few years he has primarily performed YARDI and
upgrades and transitions. In addition he possesses expertise in monthly financial reporting and back office support for commercial and residential real estate management companies. Prior to this position, Todd held financial operations management and financial application management role(s) at Cushman & Wakefield and a Financial Management role with Jones Lang Lasalle. Before working in the real estate industry, Todd held a Marketing Advisory role at IBM supporting a Global Information Services Director with IT software marketing and financial initiatives. He has a strong working knowledge of the YARDI system having worked with the software for over 12 years along with other real estate accounting software packages.
